Operating Principle

The euro-pallet on which the cassette is mounted is placed in the packaging and container filling section. Filled cans are placed into the cassette cells. As the cassette fills up, the next one is placed on top, which is also filled with containers. After filling the last cassette, the assembly is covered with a special lid that prevents cooling air leakage and creates a hermetic temperature-reduction chamber. The pallet with the fixed cooling chamber is transported to the cooling station; a transition unit equipped with a fan is connected to the chamber, after which the cooling process starts. Upon completion of the cooling cycle, the transition element is disconnected, and the pallet together with the cooling chamber is moved to the unloading zone.
