- Coil holder with a pneumatic clamp (2);
- Unwinding shaft (3);
- Pulling roller assembly (4);
- Loop compensation system (5);
- Clamping and cutting unit (6);
- Control unit with a workpiece length counter (7);
- Discharge table/chute (8).
Operating Principle
The machine features a floor-standing frame structure (1) housing the following components: a coil holder with a pneumatic clamp (2), an unwinding shaft (3), a pulling roller assembly (4), a loop compensation system (5), a clamping and cutting unit (6), and a control panel (7) equipped with a workpiece length counter.
The raw material coil is mounted in the coil holder (1) and secured to the unwinding shaft (3) using a pneumatic actuator. The web from the roll passes through a loop compensation system (5) and a set of pull rollers (4), then reaches the discharge table (8).
The set of pull rollers (4) advances the material to the required length; the clamping unit (6) then secures it and performs the cut. The operator removes the finished product from the table (8).
The length of the finished product is set via the control unit (7).
