
The packaging machine is designed to organize a continuous packaging cycle by volumetric dosing of dust-forming free-flowing bulk products (powdered sugar, medical and cosmetic powders, pepper, spices, etc.) and their packaging in portioned 3- or 4-seam sachet-type packaging (sachet package) made of polymer films (polypropylene, duplex, triplex, laminated paper).
The machine consists of a horizontal packaging machine and a volumetric screw dispenser.
The packaging machine operates in a horizontal position, which structurally allows for the measurement of various sizes of sachet packages, as well as for dosing products at a minimum distance of dose dispensing into the package, which allows for the most accurate dose volume and high-quality sealing of all packaging seams.

Description of work.
The packaged product is poured down the inclined walls to the neck of the storage bin, connected to the dose dispensing tube. A vertically positioned auger passes through the neck and the tube, the upper part of which is fixed in the electric drive gearbox. Spilling through the neck of the storage bin, the product fills the cavities between the screw surface of the auger and the inner surface of the tube.
When a signal is sent from the dispenser controller located in the control unit, the electric drive begins to rotate the auger, thereby moving the product from the storage bin down the tube. The product is dosed at two speeds (coarse and fine), set on the controller. The speed of rotation of the auger is determined by the values set on the frequency converter. Additionally, at the customer’s request, an agitator can be installed to improve the pouring of the product to the neck of the bin. Using a special unit, the pre-formed sachet package opens, and the auger dispenser tube is lowered into the package to fill it with a dose of product. After filling the sachet package, the control unit gives a command to lift the dispenser tube and seal the last seam of the sachet package.
The sealing unit operates using a constantly maintained temperature of the surface of the sealing pads and seals all the seams of the filled sachet package with a “euro-roche” type of seam. After sealing the package, the film pulling unit moves the sealed package in a horizontal plane, the roll of packaging material is unwound and the same material is rolled up through the package former into a sachet package blank.
When the pulling unit has reached the extreme point, the filled sachet package is separated by cutting off the package with a mechanical knife. At this time, the control unit gives a command to pour the dose into a new sachet package, unclamps the heating sealing pads and moves the packaging material to seal the next sachet package. The separated package falls on the floor, into a special container (box) or onto a discharge conveyor.
The microcontroller of the packaging machine additionally monitors emergency situations of equipment operation: end or break of the roll of packaging material, pinching of the product, etc.
Peculiarities.
The filling and packaging machine of the “sachet” series, model AF-35-SGH, is optimal for small-dose packaging of dust-forming bulk products (powdered sugar, medical and cosmetic powders, pepper, spices, etc.), as well as their packaging in polymeric materials (duplex, triplex, laminated paper).
With the help of this filling machine, you can get a 3- or 4-seam package in the form of a square or rectangular sachet-shaped bag, used in many catering establishments (cafes, restaurants, gas stations). This horizontal packaging machine, using a volumetric method of dosing bulk products in its work, is universal, but has restrictions on the change of the packaged products.
The horizontal packing machine is placed on a flat surface, in a room with a temperature of 5 to 25 degrees, and humidity of no more than 60%. The unit has limitations on the width of the packaging film used and the height of the formed sachet packaging, specified in the technical specifications. It is possible to manufacture a packing and packaging machine with individual parameters.
The packing machine is available in models AF-35-SG3H, AF-35-SG4H. They differ from each other in the number of vertical seams on the package: in AF-35-SG3H – 3 seams, and in AF-35-SG4H – 4 vertical sealed seams.
