After opening the slide gate, the operator activates the vibration motor on the hopper (3) and the vibration motor on the coke feed unit (3).<\/p>\n<p>The pulling mechanism feeds the cable through the sleeve former, followed by filling the sleeve with coke and stitching it with a sewing machine (4). The stitched end of the cable is wrapped and fed into the braiding machine (5), which braids the sleeve with thread, yielding the finished product at the output.<\/p>\n<p>After passing the braiding machine, the product enters the tension unit (6) with two limit switches defining the tensioned and relaxed positions. The end of the finished product, after passing the sagging zone, is wound onto a drum (spool) mounted on the automated cable product winding unit (7). The winding unit (7) is engaged when the cable reaches the lower position and turns off when the tensioned position is reached. After turning off, the winding unit is activated again solely upon the cable reaching the lower position once more.<\/p>\n<p>Once the cable is threaded onto the drum of the winding unit (7), the production cycle becomes continuous until the braiding of the 200-meter cable blank is completed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Area of the Anode Groundbed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anode groundbeds are designed for use as sparingly soluble components of surface extended anode groundbeds in cathodic protection systems against corrosion of trunk pipelines and other underground metal structures.<\/p>\n<p>The sparingly soluble groundbed electrode is made of a corrosion-resistant material with an electrochemically active metal oxide coating.
