This machine is ideal for small-scale production of cereals, pasta, seeds, nuts, dried fruits, and other products.<\/p>\n<p>The semi-automatic packaging system includes an electronic weighing unit and a conveyor-mounted automatic bag welder. The weighing unit weighs bulk products from 10 to 999 g and automatically dispenses the finished dose into the package. The conveyor welder allows for an attractive and hermetically sealed seal for pre-filled polymer packaging.<\/p>\n<p>This semi-automatic packaging system requires one operator. Its functions include feeding the packaged product into the weigh batcher&#8217;s storage bin. The operator must also move the finished package under the filler&#8217;s hopper, initiate the dispense command using an electronic pedal, and then place the filled package onto the roller welder&#8217;s conveyor.
