The F100-FRB770II semiautomatic filling and packaging machine is the simplest and most reliable industrial equipment system designed for packaging free-flowing products (coffee, tea, seasonings, spices, nuts, pistachios, seeds) and packing them into ready-made polymer bags (sachets).

The complete filling machine operates in semiautomatic mode. The operator’s responsibilities include feeding the product into the dosing unit’s storage bin, installing the bag to receive the product, and feeding the package for sealing. All other filling and packaging (welding) processes are automatic.

A filling and packaging equipment complex is assembled, consisting of an electronic weighing batcher, designed to divide the product into doses and fill it into finished packaging, and a conveyor welder, designed to seal (hermetically seal) the bag containing the product.

Features of the filling and packaging equipment:

• Simple operation using microcontrollers allows for quick, accurate, and high-quality filling and sealing of packages;
• The ability to set the dosing speed, as well as the sealing speed, allows for the most efficient and convenient selection of the correct operating mode for the packaging equipment;
• The spring batcher is a universal device for packaging virtually any bulk product with minimal error;
• The horizontal conveyor welder allows for continuous sealing of bags made from various film types, with thicknesses ranging from 10 µm to 300 µm;
• The conveyor welder’s convertible design allows for sealing bags both flat and standing, preventing product spillage;
• A data roller for the conveyor welder allows for applying a date to the package seam during the welding process (additional option, not included in the equipment price);
• The filling dispenser and all its components are made of stainless steel, making it suitable for use with food products.
