The PDP-100V semi-automatic Doypack filling and packaging machine with a weigh filler is a simple, reliable industrial system designed for packaging free-flowing products (such as coffee, tea, seasonings, spices, nuts, and pistachios) into various formats, including Doypacks, pillow bags, and sachets.

This integrated packaging system operates in semi-automatic mode. The operator’s tasks involve loading the product into the filler’s hopper, positioning the bag to receive the product, and presenting the package for neck sealing.

All other filling and packaging (sealing) processes take place automatically.

The filling and packaging system consists of an electronic weighing dispenser designed to portion the product and fill it into pre-made packaging, as well as a conveyor sealer designed to seal (hermetically close) the product-filled bag.

• The conveyor sealer features a convertible design that allows bags to be sealed in either a horizontal (lying flat) or vertical (standing) position, preventing product spillage;
• A date-coding roller for the conveyor sealer allows the date to be printed on the package seal during the sealing process (an optional extra not included in the standard equipment price);
• The filling dispenser and all its components are constructed from stainless steel, making the unit suitable for use with food products.
