TWQ100+2FM100 Tetrahedron is an automatic filling and packaging system for dosing and packaging bulk and small-piece products in tetrahedron-type triangular bags.

The system consists of a TWQ100 packaging machine and a 2FM100 two-channel weigher. The packaging range is from 1 to 100 g, and the estimated throughput is 20–30 packages per minute.

The equipment automatically performs the basic operations of the packaging process: weighing the specified product portion, forming a bag from a roll of film, dosing the product, sealing, and cutting the finished package.

The main feature of the TWQ100 is the formation of three-dimensional tetrahedron packaging. The finished bag has a unique triangular shape, which differs from classic pillow or sachet packaging and helps make the product more visible on the shelf.

What products can be packaged?

The machine forms a triangular tetrahedron-type package directly from roll packaging material. Unusual packaging geometry is well suited for portioned products, snacks, tea, nuts, seeds, sweets, and other products where a unique appearance is important.

Two-Channel Weighing Dosing

The 2FM100 dosing unit has two weighing channels, allowing for parallel batching of product and ensuring a system throughput of up to 20–30 packs/min, depending on operating conditions.
