The Gasset AF-1000-VGS is an integrated, fully automatic pneumatic filling and packaging machine equipped with a weigh filler; it is designed to automate the process of weight-based filling for free-flowing products and the subsequent packaging of the filled goods into three-seal polymer bags.
Standard configuration of the filling machine:
- Universal single-lane electronic linear weigh filler;
- Vertical pneumatic automatic packaging machine with a side-gusset forming unit;
- Forming collar for roll-fed film packaging (size to be specified).

- Filling of various free-flowing products in the 10 to 999 g range;
- Compatible with polypropylene or multi-layer packaging films (20–80 microns thick);
- Individual adjustment of filling speed and accuracy for free-flowing products;
- Adjustable packaging height, sealing temperature, and other parameters;
- Stainless steel machine housing.
Optional equipment for the AF-1000-VGS pneumatic automatic filling and packaging machine:
- Thermal transfer printer – for printing dates and batch numbers on the package;
- Registration mark sensor – unit for detecting package length (when using printed packaging material);
- Forming tube and collar – for changing film width;
- Compressor – to power the packaging forming unit’s actuators.
