Description of the working process
The operator, standing in front of the machine, pulls the polymer sleeve from the holder (2) and places it under the lid (5) on the worktable (3), guided by special markings. For safety reasons, the operator must press the buttons (7) with both hands; this causes the lid (5) to lower onto the worktable (3). After the lid (5) lowers, the molding equipment (4) gives the film the shape of a shoe cover along the specified contour. During the production cycle, impulse heating is applied to the molding tooling (4), resulting in the formation of welded seams with simultaneous material cutting. Then comes the holding stage, necessary for cooling the tooling and the finished product. After the formation of the seams and the cooling of the components, the lid (5) returns to its initial raised position, which allows the operator to remove the finished product and excess material (trimmings). Subsequently, the process repeats.
