The F999-FRB770II semi-automatic packaging machine is a budget-friendly industrial packaging system designed for packaging any bulk products into ready-made polymer bags (doy-pack, pillow, sachet, or stabilo). This machine is ideal for small-scale production of cereals, pasta, seeds, nuts, dried fruits, and other products.

The semi-automatic packaging system includes an electronic weighing unit and a conveyor-mounted automatic bag welder. The weighing unit weighs bulk products from 10 to 999 g and automatically dispenses the finished dose into the package. The conveyor welder allows for an attractive and hermetically sealed seal for pre-filled polymer packaging.

This semi-automatic packaging system requires one operator. Its functions include feeding the packaged product into the weigh batcher’s storage bin. The operator must also move the finished package under the filler’s hopper, initiate the dispense command using an electronic pedal, and then place the filled package onto the roller welder’s conveyor. All other operations are performed automatically.
