Automatic gasset with weighing dispenser AF-1000-VGS pnevmo

Integrated filling and packaging machine PWQ1000G+F999 “gusset” – an industrial device designed to create an automatic process for filling (by weight) bulk products and automatically packaging pre-packaged products in polymer 3-seal bags with gasketed side gussets.

 

Standard equipment of the filling machine:

  • Universal 1-stream electronic weighing doser of linear action;
  • Vertical pneumatic packaging machine, with a side gusset forming unit;
  • Collar-former for packaging from roll film (specify size).

 

Features of the pneumatic PWQ1000G+F999 “gusset” filling and packaging machine:

  • Filling of any bulk products in the range from 10 to 999 g.
  • Polypropylene or multilayer packaging films from 20 to 80 microns can be used;
  • Individual adjustment of the speed and accuracy of filling of bulk products;
  • Possibility of changing the packaging height, sealing temperature, and other parameters;
  • The body of the filling machine is made of stainless steel.

 

Additional equipment for the PWQ1000G+F999 filling and packaging machine:

  • Thermal transfer printer – application of the date and batch number on packaging;
  • Photomark sensor – a unit for reading the package length (when using packaging material with a pattern);
  • Collar tube – when changing the film width;
  • Compressor – for operating the package former drives.
