Der Stoff wird im Automatikmodus in abgemessene St\u00fccke aufgerollt. Die Anlage erm\u00f6glicht die L\u00e4ngenverstellung innerhalb eines bestimmten Bereichs (gem\u00e4\u00df den technischen Spezifikationen).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Komponente<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Besteht aus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rahmen (1);<\/li>\n<li>Rollenhalter mit pneumatischer Klemme (2);<\/li>\n<li>Abwickelwelle (3);<\/li>\n<li>Zugwelleneinheit (4);<\/li>\n<li>Schlaufenkompensationssystem (5);<\/li>\n<li>Spann- und Schneideinheit (6);<\/li>\n<li>Steuereinheit mit Werkst\u00fcckl\u00e4ngenmessger\u00e4t (7);<\/li>\n<li>Schiebetisch (8).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Funktionsbeschreibung<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Die Vorrichtung ist eine freistehende Rahmenkonstruktion (1), auf der folgende Komponenten angebracht sind: Rollenhalter mit pneumatischer Klemme (2), Abwickelwelle (3), Zugwellenblock (4), Schleifenausgleichssystem (5), Press- und Schneideeinheit (6), Bedienfeld (7) mit Werkst\u00fcckl\u00e4ngenz\u00e4hler und Werkst\u00fcckl\u00e4ngenz\u00e4hlvorrichtung.<\/p>\n<p>Die Rohmaterialrolle ist im Rollenhalter (1) montiert und mittels eines pneumatischen Antriebs an der Abwickelwelle (3) befestigt. Die Bahn von der Rolle wird durch das Schleifenausgleichssystem (5) und den Zugwellenblock (4) gef\u00fchrt und gelangt auf den Schiebetisch (8).<\/p>\n<p>Der Zugwellenblock (4) zieht das Material auf die gew\u00fcnschte L\u00e4nge, die Klemmeinheit (6) fixiert es und f\u00fchrt den Schneidvorgang durch.
