Aus Sicherheitsgr\u00fcnden muss der Bediener die Tasten (7) mit beiden H\u00e4nden dr\u00fccken; dies f\u00fchrt zum Absenken des Deckels (5) auf den Arbeitstisch (3). Nach dem Absenken des Deckels (5) verleiht die Formausstattung (4) der Folie die Form des Schuhschutzes entlang der vorgegebenen Kontur. W\u00e4hrend des Produktionszyklus wird die Formausstattung (4) impulsbeheizt, wodurch Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte bei gleichzeitigem Abschneiden des Materials entstehen. Danach folgt die Haltephase, die zum Abk\u00fchlen der Ausstattung und des Fertigprodukts erforderlich ist. Nach der Bildung der Naht und dem Abk\u00fchlen der Komponenten kehrt der Deckel (5) in seine obere Ausgangsposition zur\u00fcck, sodass der Bediener das fertige Produkt und den \u00fcbersch\u00fcssigen Materialabfall (Beschnitt) entnehmen kann.
