Diese Maschine eignet sich ideal f\u00fcr die Kleinserienproduktion von Getreide, Nudeln, Samen, N\u00fcssen, Trockenfr\u00fcchten und anderen Produkten. Das halbautomatische Verpackungssystem umfasst eine elektronische Wiegeeinheit und einen am F\u00f6rderband montierten automatischen Beutelverschwei\u00dfer. Die Wiegeeinheit wiegt Sch\u00fcttg\u00fcter von 10 bis 999 g und dosiert die fertige Menge automatisch in die Verpackung. Der Beutelverschwei\u00dfer sorgt f\u00fcr einen ansprechenden und hermetisch verschlossenen Verschluss der vorgef\u00fcllten Polymerverpackungen. Dieses halbautomatische Verpackungssystem ben\u00f6tigt einen Bediener. Zu seinen Aufgaben geh\u00f6rt die Zuf\u00fchrung des verpackten Produkts in den Vorratsbeh\u00e4lter der Wiegeeinheit. Der Bediener muss au\u00dferdem die fertige Verpackung unter den Trichter der Abf\u00fcllanlage bewegen, den Abgabevorgang mit einem elektronischen Fu\u00dfpedal ausl\u00f6sen und anschlie\u00dfend die bef\u00fcllte Verpackung auf das F\u00f6rderband der Rollenschwei\u00dfanlage stellen.
