The filling and packaging machine will provide a continuous cycle of weighing bulk products (pepper, tea, sugar, spices, seasonings) and packing them into portioned sachet-type packaging (sachet package) made of polymer films (polypropylene, duplex, triplex, laminated paper, nylon, filter paper). The packaging process requires virtually no human intervention and is fully automated.

The equipment consists of a packaging machine and a weigh batcher.

The easiest to maintain and most versatile filling and packaging machine, with a capacity of up to 2100 sachet packages per hour.

Characteristics.

* The performance of the equipment depends on the weight of the dose, the properties of the product being dosed, the properties of the packaging material and the length of the package.

** To ensure the operation of the pneumatic drives of this packaging machine, a compressor is required (not included in the standard package).

Description of work.

The packaged product is poured through the hopper neck onto a vibrating tray, which vibrates with a given amplitude and feeds it into the weighing bucket. The bucket is fixed to a strain gauge. When the specified weight parameters are reached, the strain gauge sends a signal to the batcher control unit (controller), which stops the vibrating tray, stopping the product feed.

When receiving a pulse from the packaging machine control unit, the batcher controller sends a signal to open the bucket. The bucket opens and pours its contents into the funnel. Through the funnel, through a tube, the product is poured into a 3- or 4-seam “sachet” package formed around it. At this time, the controller turns on the vibrating tray to fill the weighing bucket with the next portion of the product.

The operation of the packaging machine is controlled by a microcontroller located in the control unit, which, using pneumatic drives, actuates the soldering unit. The sealing unit uses the principle of constant heating and in one cycle simultaneously seals the top seam of the filled sachet package, the bottom and side seams of the next sachet package with the “Euroche” type of seam.

At the same time, at the moment of sealing, the horizontal heating elements (jaws) of the sealing unit (carriage) are shifted downwards by the set length of the sachet package. Since the heaters move downwards without unclenching, they pull the packaging material along with them. The roll is unwound and folded into a half-sleeve using a triangle.

When the carriage reaches the bottom point, the filled sachet package is separated by cutting the film with a mechanical serrated or straight knife. At the same time, the microcontroller of the packaging machine sends an impulse to the dispenser controller (the “Unloading” signal), filling the next sachet package, unclenches the horizontal heating elements (jaws) and moves them upwards to seal the next sachet package. The cut off sachet package falls on the floor, into a special container (box) or onto a discharge conveyor.

In addition, the microcontroller of the packaging machine monitors the end of the roll of packaging material and other emergency situations.

Peculiarities.

The filling and packaging machine is optimal for portion packaging of bulk products such as salt, sugar, instant coffee, tea, seasonings, spices, citric acid. The equipment is not used for dusty (dust-forming) products (powdered sugar, medicines, etc.). Taking into account the characteristics of the weigh batcher, this packaging equipment allows you to arbitrarily change the portions of the packaged product, as well as achieve the most accurate dosage. It has no restrictions on changing the packaged product.

The use of this packaging machine allows you to get convenient packaging in the form of a rectangular or square bag with 3 or 4 seams (sachet package, “sachet”).

The packaging machine requires floor placement and has restrictions on the width of the film used and the height of the formed sachet packaging, specified in the technical specifications.

The filling and packaging machine is available in models AF-35-S3V1, AF-35-S3V2, AF-35-S3V3, AF-35-S3V4 and AF-35-S4V1, AF-35-S4V2, AF-35-S4V3, AF-35-S4V4. They differ from each other in the number of sachet packaging seams and the number of weighing buckets (“streams”): in AF-35-S3V1, AF-35-S4V1 – 1 “stream”, with a capacity of up to 500 packages / hour, and in AF-35-S3V4, AF-35-S4V4 respectively 4 “streams”, with a capacity of up to 2,000 packages / hour. AF-35-S3 and AF-35-S4 differ from each other in the ability to produce 3- or 4-seam sachet bags.
