Filling machine with volumetric liquid dispenser AF-35-SG

Filling and packaging machine for organizing a continuous cycle of volumetric dosing of liquid and paste-like products (shampoo, gel, juice, medical preparations) and packing them in portioned sachet-type packaging (sachet-package) made of polymer films (polypropylene, duplex, triplex, laminated paper, nylon, filter paper).

The equipment consists of a packaging machine and a volumetric liquid dispenser.

The easiest to maintain, budget installation for packing various liquid and paste-like substances, with a capacity of up to 2100 sachet packages per hour.

Description of work.

The piston dispenser’s suction hose is placed in a container with the liquid (substance) to be filled, from where it is collected for filling. The container’s size can be arbitrary and is determined solely by the operator’s needs.

When receiving a signal from the microcontroller of the packaging machine’s control unit, the pneumatic drives pull the rod out of the graduated cylinder. As a result of the vacuum, the liquid (substance) to be filled moves along the suction hose into the graduated cylinder. The dose size is adjusted by mechanically adjusting the length of the rod’s movement (see the operating manual).

When reaching the end point (the mechanical limitation point), the packaging machine’s control unit switches the pneumatic drives to reverse, pressing the rod into the graduated cylinder and compressing the liquid (substance) inside it. When compressed, the liquid that has filled the filling cylinder is squeezed out through the dispensing ports into the sachet packaging formed around it. After dispensing a dose of the product, the microcontroller again sends a signal to the pneumatic drives to pull out the rod, and activates the soldering unit. The soldering unit uses the principle of constant heating and in one step simultaneously seals the top seam of the filled sachet package, the bottom and side seams of the next sachet package with the “Euroche” type of seam.

At the same time, at the moment of welding, the horizontal jaws of the soldering unit (carriage) are shifted downwards by the set length of the sachet package. Since the jaws move downwards without unclenching, they pull the packaging material along with them. The packaging material is unwound, welded on a triangle into a half-sleeve, the last seam of the filled sachet package is soldered, and the bottom and side seams of the next package are also soldered.

When the carriage reaches the bottom point, the filled sachet package is separated by cutting the film with a mechanical knife. At the same time, the rod is pressed into the graduated cylinder and the next dose of liquid (substance) is dispensed into a new sachet package, after which the microcontroller opens the horizontal jaws and moves them upward to seal the next sachet package. The cut-off package falls onto the floor, into a special container (box) or onto a discharge conveyor.

Additionally, the microcontroller monitors the end of the roll of packaging material and other emergency situations.

 

Peculiarities.

The filling machine is ideal for portioned filling of liquids (water, juice, perfumes, medical products) or pasty flowing substances (ketchup, mayonnaise, liquid soap). The use of this model allows you to get a convenient “sachet” package in the form of a rectangular or square bag with 3 or 4 seams (sachet package, “sachet”). It should be taken into account that due to the use of a volumetric dispenser, the model is not universal and has limitations on the dispensed dose associated with the size of the graduated cylinder.

The machine requires floor placement and has limitations on the width of the film used and the height of the formed sachet packaging, specified in the technical specifications.

The filling machine is available in models AF-35-S3G and AF-35-S4G. The difference between them is in the appearance of the formed sachet packaging: AF-35-S3G is packaged in a 3-seam sachet package, and AF-35-S4G – in a 4-seam sachet package.
