Description of work.
The product to be packaged is poured into the storage bin of the weigh batcher. Then, using a vibratory feeder, the product to be packaged moves linearly to the weighing bucket suspended on a strain gauge (strain gauge). When the bucket is filled to the parameters specified on the electronic control unit, the strain gauge sends a signal to the control unit to stop feeding the product. The electronic control unit also sets the feed rate of the dosing product into the bucket and the refill rate, as well as adjustable weighing tolerances for the product to be packaged.
After receiving a signal from the weigh batcher control unit that the dose to be packaged is ready for unloading, the control unit of the packaging machine sends a command to the pneumatic drive to unload the weighing buckets. After unloading, the measured dose is poured into the receiving funnel and then into the tube, on which, with the help of the package former (collar), the packaging film is rolled up into a sleeve, with the back and lower horizontal seams sealed. Spilling through the tube, the packaged product fills the formed stick package. The sealing unit of the packaging machine is activated, which operates on the principle of constant heating and seals the upper seam of the filled stick package, the lower and side seams of the next stick package with the “Euroche” type of seam. At the same time, at the moment of sealing the stick package, the horizontal heating elements (jaws) of the sealing unit (carriage) are shifted downwards by the set length of the package. Since the heating elements move downwards without unclenching, they pull the packaging material along with them.
At the moment the carriage reaches the bottom point, the filled stick package is separated by cutting the packaging film with a mechanical serrated knife. At the same time, the electronic control unit sends a signal to open another filled dosing cavity and pour its contents into a new stick package, unclamps the horizontal heating elements and moves them upward to seal the next package. The cut package falls to the floor, into a special container (box) or onto a discharge conveyor.
A microcontroller is installed in the electronic control unit of the packaging machine, which monitors emergency moments of the packaging machine: the end or break of the roll of packaging material, pinching of the process, etc.
Peculiarities.
The filling and packaging machine with an electronic weigh batcher is used for portion packaging of any free-flowing products, such as: salt, pepper, sugar, tea, granulated and freeze-dried coffee, 3-in-1 coffee, spices, seasonings.
The use of this packaging machine allows you to get a 3-seam package in the form of a tube (stick pack, stick, stick pack, Stick), used in most cafes, restaurants, gas stations and other catering establishments. The presence of a weigh batcher in this equipment allows you to achieve maximum dosing accuracy without changing the design of the batcher. The control unit of the weigh batcher has 15 modes for more convenient work with several types of products.
The packaging unit has significant dimensions and requires floor placement with the installation of adjustable supports. The machine has restrictions on the width of the packaging material used and the height of the formed stick package, specified in the technical specifications. It is possible to manufacture a packaging machine of increased dimensions and non-standard parameters (calculated individually).
The packaging machine is available in models AF-120-V2, AF-120-V4. They differ in the number of “streams” of the dispenser and “streams” of packaging material, which helps to increase the productivity of the machine: in AF-120-V2 – 2 “streams” of the weighing dispenser and 1 stream of packaging material, with a capacity of up to 1200 packages/hour, and in AF-120-V4 – 4 “streams” of the weighing dispenser and 2 streams of packaging material, with a capacity of up to 2400 packages/hour.
